3rd Halloween Art Along the Sidewalk

Description
VOW wants to make Wallkill into the Haunted Hamlet for Halloween and we need your help! Open to any age.
Vision of Wallkill will offer two top prizes of a $25 Amazon Gift Card - one for elementary students and another for the upper grades. There will also be runner-up gifts. Adults are encouraged to enter but will not be judged.
We are asking for a $5 entry fee for your commitment to complete a spooky, fun, Halloween picture. You will be provided a blank, corrugated plastic 18”x24” lawn sign as your canvas. The long side of the canvas is the horizontal side; the short side of the canvas is the vertical side. Acrylic paint that is sealed with Modge Podge works best. Please seal your own work. On the back please write in bold 2-inch (minimum) letters: “Art Along the Sidewalk” and “By Vision of Wallkill”, along with the child’s first name, initial of last name and grade.
To Enter: You can pick up a blank sign and register Sept. 26 through Sept. 30th from 9:00am - 4:00pm at Town Clerk’s Office. Or call Julie (# below) for a blank sign.
To Drop off Artwork: All finished artwork needs to be dropped off at the Shawangunk Town Hall on Friday, October 7 or Tuesday October 11, 9:00 am - 4:00pm OR at Popp Park on Saturday, October 8, 10:00am-12:00pm. Winners will be selected, and artwork will be displayed around the hamlet starting on Saturday, October 15.
